LUXE NAILS & LASHES – SALON POLICY
(Please read carefully before receiving services)
Our policies are established to maintain service quality, safety, and fairness for all clients. Nothing in these policies is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable state or federal law.
1. HEALTH & SAFETY
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for health and safety reasons.
- Service will be refused to clients with: Open wounds, infections, nail fungus, severe swelling, or contagious conditions.
- Clients must inform staff before booking if they have: Diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, respiratory illness, skin conditions, allergies, or are on specific medications.
- Special Note: We do not cut cuticles for diabetic clients for safety reasons.
2. CLIENT SAFETY & LIABILITY POLICY
- All tools are properly disinfected; disposable products are used whenever applicable.
- Clients must disclose any allergies or skin conditions prior to service.
- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Allergic reactions or skin irritation due to individual sensitivity.
- Pre-existing skin conditions, wounds, or damaged skin.
- Irritation, cuts, or issues occurring before, during, or after service.
- Effects resulting from shaving or hair removal prior to the appointment.
- Issues resulting from improper aftercare or factors beyond our control.
- 👉 No refunds, re-dos, or compensation will be provided for any conditions listed above.
- 👉 By receiving services, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
3. REFUNDS & GUARANTEE
- No refunds or exchanges once services are completed. Leaving the salon indicates full acceptance of the service provided.
- FREE FIXES WITHIN 7 DAYS if the issue is caused by technician error.
- Gel Polish is guaranteed for 7 business days (normal wear and tear only).
- Exclusions: Damage from self-cutting, peeling, or intentional breakage will be charged. Traditional Polish is not guaranteed.
- Aftercare: We are not responsible for broken or infected nails after you leave the salon due to negligence or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
- Please remember: Nails are jewels, not tools.
4. CLIENT HYGIENE
- Clients are asked to maintain good personal hygiene. Please ensure hands, feet, and surrounding areas are clean and suitable for service.
- Staff may adjust or decline service if hygiene concerns arise to ensure safety.
5. APPOINTMENTS & PAYMENTS
- Please prepare a valid payment method. Leaving without payment is considered THEFT, and the police will be contacted.
- Arriving 10 minutes late may lead to cancellation or rescheduling.
6. CHILDREN & PERSONAL BELONGINGS
- Children under 10 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
- The salon is not responsible for: Lost/stolen items, injuries to children, missing children, or any incidents involving children during a service.
7. RESPECTFUL ENVIRONMENT
- Please keep phones on silent/vibrate and speak softly.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to rude or disrespectful clients.
8. GIFT CARDS
- Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
- GIFT CARDS DO NOT EXPIRE. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
9. SPA CHAIRS & PETS
- Maximum capacity for spa chairs: 250 lbs (113 kg).
- No pets allowed, except for certified service animals.
10. PHOTOS & VIDEOS
- We may capture photos/videos of your nails/lashes for marketing purposes.
